Polyurethane and Polyurea Spray Coatings
Withstand the Most Adverse Conditions

Bedliner Coated Jeep - Polyurethane
Products snow plow - Polyurethane
Boat deck coating 1 - Polyurethane
spraying foam insulation - Polyurethane

ArmorThane offers several polyurethane coating products. Some have relatively broad use while others were developed to solve specific problems. Two are applied with low pressure spraying equipment, four take high pressure equipment, and two roll on. All products require a professionally trained applicator.

Low Pressure Coatings for Truck Bed Liners and More

STS 200 – 2:1 Polyurethane

  • Flexible, softer product ; good impact and skid resistance
  • Good for creating large scale seamless membranes, flooring, marine applications, truck bed liners and vehicles, roofing
  • Special order fire retardant version

Broad Spectrum Low Pressure Spray

STS 300 – 2:1 Polyurethane

  • Greater abrasion resistance than STS 200; low permeability for superior chemical resistance, waterproofing and chemical and corrosion resistance
  • Excellent for indoors and out; used in flooring, roofing, primary containment, marine applications, water features and landscaping, wastewater

Broad Spectrum High Pressure Spray

HighLine 200 – 2:1 Polyurethane

  • Flexible, softer product ; good impact and skid resistance
  • Good for creating large scale seamless membranes, flooring, marine applications
  • Special order fire retardant version

HighLine 300 – 2:1 Polyurethane

  • Greater abrasion resistance than HighLine 200; low permeability for superior chemical resistance, waterproofing and chemical and corrosion resistance
  • Excellent for indoors and out; used in flooring, primary containment, marine applications, water features and landscaping, wastewater

Flexible High Pressure Coating

FlexGard 75– 1:1 Polyurethane

  • Flexible material achieving a high coefficient of friction, easily milled to exacting tolerances
  • Primarily used for conveyor systems and roller lagging, other specialty projects

High Pressure Foam Insulation

ArmorFoam – 1:1 Polyurethane Expanding Foam

  • Sprays as foam then hardens to fill in cracks of varying sizes
  • Most commonly used as high R-value insulation sprayed in walls, attics, and crawl spaces and hardens to block outside air and moisture, reduce utility costs, strengthen the structure
  • Other uses include creating an insulated underlayment on the outside of primary containment for maintaining internal tank temperature; the tank is then coated with polyurea or polyurethane spray to form a tough outer shell
  • In mining applications, expanding foam reinforces highly fractured and unfractured rock for added stability and prevents minor groundwater inflow

Roll-on Coatings

ArmorDeck Moisture-Cured Polyurethane

  • Two-step, roll on flooring system: incredible elongation and tensile strength, resulting in a material that will not tear or crack with movement
  • Used for wood and concrete indoor and outdoor flooring, including decks, patios, porches, basements, areas with major foot and wheel traffic

ArmorFloor Aliphatic Polyaspartic 2-Part Flooring System

  • Incredibly resilient concrete coating; easy to clean; resistant to discoloring effects of chemical spills and cleaning agents
  • Options of faster dry or longer setting time for larger projects with application of color chips or particulates
  • Used on residential and commercial garage floors, manufacturing and industrial floors

All products require a professionally trained applicator.
