We have a number of pure and hybrid polyurea products. Some have relatively broad use while others are developed to solve specific problems. All of these use High Pressure Spraying Systems. Products require a professionally trained applicator.
Broad Spectrum Polyurea Coatings
HighLine 310 1:1 Polyurea – most versatile
- Sets as quickly as 2 seconds; very good impact, abrasion, and chemical resistance; consistent qualities even in extreme hot or cold climates
- Often used as coatings for flooring, mining, primary containment, secondary containment, marine applications, water features, wastewater and sanitation systems
HighLine 510 1:1 Pure Polyurea
- Excellent corrosion resistance; superior skid resistance; slightly slower set time for a smoother texture application
- Lower sensitivity to moisture for spraying in environments that don’t allow other elastomeric coatings options
- Used as coatings for mining, secondary containment, marine applications, water features, wastewater and sanitation systems, blast mitigation
HighLine 510H 1:1 Pure Polyurea
- Excellent corrosion resistant material; superior skid resistance; harder version and more abrasion resistant version of the HighLine 510
- Lower sensitivity to moisture for spraying in environments that don’t allow other elastomeric coatings options
- Often used as coatings for primary containment, wastewater and sanitation systems
Slip Resistant Coatings
- Greatest elongation properties, tensile and tear strength for high movement; adapts very well to multiple substrates; highest coefficient of friction, maxing out our slip resistance testing
- Used on residential and commercial floors and outdoor walkways, especially those exposed to moisture
- Also used in mining applications, secondary containment, marine and other manufacturing and industrial facilities
NOTE: Ask about other products that can be textured or have particulates added for more grip and slip resistance.
High Corrosion and Chemical Resistant Coatings
HiChem 1:1 Polyurea
- Most comprehensive chemical and corrosion resistance; good skid resistance; very good impact and abrasion resistance; ideal for chemically corrosive material handling
- Used in primary containment and secondary containment
EnviroThane 1:1 Modified Polyurea
- Top-of-the-line chemically resistance and impermeable membrane; quick set time; excellent flexibility; extremely low shrinkage rates (even better than typical elastomers)
- Used in primary containment and secondary containment
Maximum Wear-Resistant Coatings
UltraTech 1:1 Pure Polyurea
- Most wear-resistant material, outstanding abrasion/friction resistance; incredibly high tensile and tear strength along with excellent elongation
- Used primarily in mining and mineral processing applications
Most Flexible, Also Reflective
ArmorSeal 100 AL 1:1 Polyurea
- Aluminized coating; light reflective; flexible for movement; waterproof
- Perfect for spraying underlayment and a custom fit replacement roof for an RV, trailer or houseboat
Extremely Rigid Coating
HardCoat 1:1 Polyurea
- Extremely rigid material when set
- Used for coating foam to add rigidity or to spray the inside of a mold that holds its shape when released
- Excellent for building molded landscaping and water features
- Used in strengthening and waterproofing Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) made from Styrofoam for foundations
- Also available is a fire retardant version that is recommended for use with signs and displays in public areas
UV Color Fade Resistant and Decorative Coatings
HighLine 410 1:1 Aliphatic Polyurea
- Colorfast, UV fade resistant coating
- Used for outdoor flooring, water features and marine applications
Potable Water Safe Surface Coatings
AquaSafe 1:1 Pure Polyurea
- Potable Water Certified version of the HighLine 510 passing the US ANSI NSF-61; safe for storing drinking water or food materials
- Very high tensile and tear strength with good elongation; very durable and corrosion resistant
- Excellent for water tanks and other specialized primary containment, water treatment facilities, food processing areas, food and water containment for animal habitats
Blast Mitigation Coatings
ArmorBlast 1:1 Pure Polyurea
- Superior elongation properties, tensile and tear strength; material simultaneously mitigates the concussive force of a blast and holds together the materials of a coated substrate; adapts very well to multiple substrates
- Sprayed on armored vehicles, concrete block and other structures
- Used around a core of impact absorbing polyurethane foam to provide personnel protection for military transport or other blast-susceptible environments such as industrial transport or manufacturing
UltraBlast 1:1 Pure Polyurea
- Top-of-the-line blast mitigation coating, incredibly high tensile and tear strength with excellent elongation to mitigate a concussive force or shockwave
